Frequently Asked Questions!
Do you see that black box over there?
It says "Need Help? Check the F.A.Q."
I will not be posting all the frequently
asked questions here, as that would be
a waste of space. Go to tanktrouble.com
and click on it yourself, please.
There is, however, something that doesn't appear in the F.A.Q. that is asked about frequently. Here are some different ways to unlock new colors and tankcessories:
1) Complete any achievement (to view the full list, go to the garage, click on your tank, then click on the trophy) to get a gold box. This box will have 9 new colors. Also, for each achievement you achieve, you will get a new tankcessory. The only exception is the Halloween box.
2) Log in on Halloween to get a "Halloween box" (jack o' lantern). It will have 9 new colors and 16 new tankcessories.
3) Log in anytime on Dec 1st-25th to get 9 new December colors. Also, for each of those days you log in on, you will get a new tankcessory. You will also be able to get each tankcessory a day late.
4) There are 17 secret codes scattered about the TT website. The first one you get will give you 2 colors, and each one will give you a new tankcessory.
5) There are also additional cosmetics to unlock in the shop.
6) If you are wondering what those 6-pointed badges are, only moderators have them. Please don't become a mod just for the badge. For some info on how to become a mod, check out Tank Trouble's F.A.Q.
Note: There are some colors and tankcessories that are no longer available.

Last Tank Standing: The last tank that is alive at the end of the round receives the win.
Deathmatch: Whoever gets the most points in 60 seconds is the winner. You gain points by killing tanks, but may lose points if you kill yourself! You respawn when killed. If there is a tie when the time is up, the game will go into overtime!
Ranked Game: The only way to gain/lose rank is to play a ranked game. Rank is a representation of your skill level. Ranked games are always symmetrical, with the power-ups spawning in the middle (though they may not spawn on some maps).

Weapons and Power-Ups
Laser: Gives you a high-speed laser with an aiming guide.
Homing missile: Gives you a tank-seeking missile. It will seek after the closest tank after about 2 seconds. It may even come after the person who fired it! It will also switch targets sometimes if another tank comes closer.
Double Trouble: Gives you 10 extra bullets, and two barrels to shoot them from. The barrel on the left always shoots first, then they alternate until you run out. These will not stay on-screen as long as normal bullets.
Shotgun: Shoots a high-speed spread of 20 bullets.
Shield: Gives you a protective shield that will make all projectiles bounce off for 6 seconds. Any projectile that is already in the shield somehow can still kill you!

Gatling gun: Gives you a weapon which can fire many bullets in within a small duration of time.
Frag bomb: Gives you a bomb which can be detonated at any time.
Death ray: Gives you a ray which can shoot through thin walls, but cannot shoot through white-filled walls.
