ANTI-TACTICS
Now with 162 tips!
Anti-Tactic 1: How to handle General Tip 20 and General Tip 21: When you are facing one opponent, and the other one is free, try not to get too close to the one you are facing - use your angles knowledge instead. Also, be aware of the other tank, and switch from firing at the first one to the other one quickly to surprise the other one if you can.

Anti-Tactic 2: How to handle General Tip 19: This tactic generally only works against predictable players, so the best way to counteract it is to be unpredictable! This will confuse your opponent(s), and you will therefore stand a higher chance of winning.

Anti-Tactic 3: How to handle General Tip 9: For shotgun blasts and volcano blasts, try not to dodge off to the side, but run directly away from the bullets, as they will spread out more and you will have more time to dodge. If you must dodge to the side immediately, you can maximize your dodging space by going towards the more open area or for shotgun blasts you can maximize your dodging time by dodging off to the side of the bullet which was fired last.
Anti-Tactic 4: How to handle General Tip 3: Try to avoid being close to tanks if there are no walls between you. Also, try not to too closely pursue a tank unless they run out of ammo.
Anti-Tactic 5: How to handle General Tip 22: Here's a risky but often successful trick - quickly move backwards just as your opponent turns a corner to kill you, so that you are behind your opponent instead...how ironic! The success of this particular anti-tactic depends on the reaction speed of your opponent.

Anti-Tactic 6: How to handle General Tip 29: If someone gets in a position to do this, you can either get away from the wall, or shoot near the end of the wall (without peeking out) right before they peek and shoot.
Anti-Tactic 7: How to handle General Tip 16: People are desperate when out of bullets, and some may be less predictable than others. When chasing them, try to shoot at places they will turn and then pursue them down the other path, so that if they turn one way, the shot will kill them, but if they don't, you can still continue to chase them. Keep doing this so you don't have to get too close to them, which can let them slip away or get you to kill yourself.
Anti-Tactic 8: How to handle General Tip 16 and General Tip 38: First, be sure to always maintain a safe distance from every tank. Also, keep your audio on. If a tank is moving towards you and you hear a bullet, you might want to make sure they haven't actually fired one before proceeding. When countering this move, listening is especially useful in a 2-player game, because you will know who's firing the bullet.
